Christmas Morning Squall Line in Florida

Good morning and Merry Christmas…..
It’s a warm muggy early Christmas morning here in South-Central Florida as were just getting up to see if Santa has been here for J.J and all. On the radar, there is a squall line moving towards the west coast of Florida that is expected to cross the whole state by evening. Severe weather is possible today and there is also a Tornado Watch up for north and central west Florida at this time. Likely another watch box, either severe storms or tornado will be issued later today for the rest of the state as the squall line moves eastward. (Current active Tornado Watch #882 early Christmas morning)
Very cloudy here this morning, so the chances of getting some good heating out ahead of the line of storms looks pretty weak. I’ll be monitoring the line of severe storms during the day and will post late tonight or on Tuesday what I come across.
So, have a safe a Merry Christmas and I’ll update again later.
