Typhoon Peipah Threat To Vietnam, Deadly Floods

Typhoon Peipah South China Sea
The tropical invest over the western Caribbean Sea moved inland over South America on Sunday, so the only thing tropical-wise in the news is way over to the east in the South China Sea. Typhoon Peipah, now Tropical Storm Peipah after crossing the Philippines island of Luzon early on Monday as a category 1 Typhoon. Peipah is expected to re-strengthen some now as the cyclone is back out over open water.
Vietnam Deadly Floods and Peipah
Vietnam has had over 40 killed recently by heavy floods, and now Tropical Storm / Typhoon Peipah looks to strike this region adding to the devastation. It’s not sure how much Peipah we re-strengthen, but Vietnam will receive likely some large amount of rainfall from this latest tropical cyclone.
