Florida January 2008 Sunset - Palm Trees

Beautiful Florida Weather For Primary Voting Day

The weather might have started off chilly in Florida this morning, but it warmed up into a outstanding day, and a great day to get out and vote. As I drove around South Florida today, polling sites were very busy, and early reports from exit polls is that there was a huge turn out of voters today both Republican and Democratic. In a few hours we’ll see how Florida voted for both parties.

Voted For HurricaneYou couldn’t of asked for a better day weather wise, with pleasant lower 70’s temperatures and a bright blue cloud-free sky. A great day to have lunch and then hit the polls. Kersten and I got out and voted about 2:00pm ET, and there was a little wait time, but things moved smoothly. I heard a lot of chatter in the building of a pretty busy morning and a expected busy evening. Looks to be a interesting evening watching Florida election coverage. The day ended with a warm late January sunset, with high level cirrus clouds streaming in from the strong upper-level north-westerlies and nice backlit palm tree’s.

Hope all my Florida readers got out and voted today regardless of your party. Every vote counts! Have a great evening!
