Under The Weather Still, But Catching Up
Staying up late the other night for the Florida severe storms, ended up adding to my cold that I have, so yesterday I took a day off for relaxing and catching up on sleep. The evening before I went out and shot a sunset time lapse video of the cold front moving through over southern Florida. After all the severe weather and impressive rainfall for February, it was nice to see it clear out. You can view the sunset time lapse here.
Severe Weather Returns To Texas and Gulf Coast This Weekend
Looking ahead for storms, tomorrow is looking pretty wild for severe weather in Southeast Texas ahead of a strong developing upper-level system coming out of the Rockies. Right now, if isolated discrete storms can develop ahead of a likely squall line, then we could see a few Supercells with tornadoes tomorrow. Storm Prediction Center has a moderate risk out for the area, so it will be worth watching the weather unfold in Texas. So, I know what I’ll be doing tomorrow for part of the day. I’ll keep you posted over the weekend.
