Getting Outside Today For Earth Day 2008
Starting the day off with a little fog and smoke from some brushfires well south in the Everglades, but this should clear out once the breeze circulations get going. Today is expected to be another fine, warm and dry day, which makes a good day to get out and plant a tree here on Earth Day 2008. I plan to get out and plant a small tree in the yard this afternoon (likely a coconut palm / my favorite ). After that, I plan to get out and enjoy some of the day outside maybe shooting some wildlife video or landscape time lapse scenes. I can’t be spending Earth Day sitting at the computer today.
I hope that you can squeeze in maybe a hour between work, school and errands, to get out and enjoy your world a little today. Time to power down and get outside. Have a great day!

Plan for a little Geocaching after work. Not as warm today, after all the rain in and around DC.
Good to hear from you J. Yeah I remember you doing a lot Geocaching back in the day.
Oh, I wish I could go outside today, Jeff. I have a final coming up in two hours and a Climatology final tomorrow morning at 8:30. But then, I’m free for two weeks to enjoy the weather.
Hope you did well on your climo test. Enjoy your break, and maybe we can get some active weather around here for you to enjoy too.
It was a great day here to get out too, yesterday and today and the next day… Now, just add severe parameters and I am all set.
Feeling a little storm deprived at this point…
Yeah its going around.
It is a very nice day for everyone I guess. I just hope the trees would be taken care off this time…
Ice, where you located?
